NETA Certified Technicians for Testing Firms, Utilities and Data Center Projects

Tom Trese Networking recruits Level I to IV test, relay and commissioning technicians for accredited testing companies across the United States. You only see candidates who know the equipment, meet the ANSI/NETA standards and will do the travel.

Direct-hire search, based in Dallas-Fort Worth, placing nationwide. Also recruiting for manufacturing, IT and construction.

Your Energization Date Won't Move. Your Testing Crew Has To Be There.

Data center construction has created more demand for NETA certified technicians than the job boards can supply. The technicians you need are already employed, already traveling, and not reading job ads. A generalist recruiter will send you resumes to sift. You don't have the interview hours for that, and your client doesn't have the schedule slack.

How a Search Works

Four steps, and the first interview starts at the technical conversation.

Brief

A call to define the role, the site, the certification level and the travel rotation.

Screen

Every candidate is checked on the equipment, the ANSI/NETA ATS and MTS standards, and whether they will do the travel rotation. Only those who pass go on the list.

Present

A short list, not a stack. The first interview starts at the technical conversation.

Place

Offer, start date, and a follow-up once they're on site.

Tom Trese

A Recruiter Who Knows What a Hard Certification Costs

Tom Trese opened the firm in 2020 after 21 years at Cisco. He became CCIE #1865 in 1996 after a two-day hands-on lab exam, so he knows what a technical certification takes and what it's worth on the open market. Before Cisco, he trained in the US Navy's Advanced Electronics Program. Veterans always get a straight answer and a quick call. Tom works with recruiting partners, and frequently you will be able to talk directly with Tom.
